Dealer Technology: CRM, DMS, Data and AI
CRM, DMS, data integration, AI, and process improvement to help you get more from your existing technology and future investments. This work is for dealer principals, GMs, and the managers who live in the CRM and DMS every day.
We're independent. We don't sell software or take commissions from vendors, so what we recommend depends only on what fits your store.
Get More From the Technology You Already Pay For
Many dealerships pay for more capability than they use. We start by laying out every tool in the store: what it costs, who logs in, what it's supposed to do, and how it's set up. Overlapping products, unused features, and broken handoffs between systems are much easier to spot once everything is on one page.
CRM Process and Workflow
Most CRM problems are process problems. We look at how leads arrive, who owns them, what the follow-up rules are, and where customers fall through the gaps. Then we fix the workflow and the CRM setup together, so the system supports the way your team sells.
DMS Decisions and Data Integration
Choosing or switching a DMS is one of the largest technology decisions a dealership makes, and a conversion touches every department. We help you set requirements, compare the options, plan the conversion, and keep the systems around your DMS connected to it.
Put Your Customer Data to Work
Your DMS, CRM, service history, and website hold a detailed picture of your customers. Usually that picture is split across systems that don’t talk to each other. We help connect the data and turn it into lists, triggers, and reports your sales, service, and marketing teams can act on. The marketing side of this is part of our digital marketing strategy work.
AI in the Dealership, Practically
AI shows up in nearly every vendor pitch now. Some of it is useful today, and some of it isn't ready for your store. We help you tell the difference, start with one use that has a clear measure, and fit it into the process your people already follow.
Planning Future Technology Investments
Before you sign the next contract, we help you decide what the store needs, what the new tool should replace, and how you’ll know whether it paid off. And if you’re building dealer software rather than buying it, our software and product strategy work is for you.
What You Get

- CRM process and workflow recommendations, with help putting them in place

Questions Dealers Ask
Do you sell software or take vendor commissions?
No. We don't sell software or take commissions from vendors. What we recommend depends only on what fits your store.
Can you help us choose or switch a CRM or DMS?
Yes. We help you define what the store needs, compare the options against it, and plan the change so the disruption to sales, service, and the office is as small as we can make it.
We pay for tools nobody uses. Where do we start?
With a list. Write down every tool, what it costs, and who logs in. That list alone usually shows what to cut and where people need training on the tools you keep.
How should a dealership get started with AI?
Pick one problem with a clear measure, such as response time on internet leads or missed calls to the service department, and test a tool against it. Involve the people who will use it from the start. If it doesn't move the measure, you've learned that cheaply.
Will you work alongside our current vendors?
Yes. Most of this work is about getting more from the vendors you already have, so we work with them directly when that helps.
